Celebs Go Dating fans slam Liam Reardon for joining too quickly after Millie split

Welsh Love Island stud Liam Reardon has proved he is moving on from his Islander ex girlfriend Millie Court by signing up to Celebs Go Dating.

The 23 year old has joined the show in an attempt to find love again after it was announced he and Millie, 24, made the decision to go their own ways just three months ago in July.

In the teaser of Liam joining the agency, he said he's "hoping to move forward" in his "new life".

After the star revealed it's "been a long time since he's last dated", many rushed to comment on the TikTok post.

"That was quick," one follower shared.

Another questioned: "'Long, long time'? Sorry what???" before a third said: "A long time since he last dated?!"

Someone else shared: "He moved on quick," with another writing: "Bit soon no?"

One social media user wrote: "No I'm lost for words."

Liam unveiled the reason why he is joining the show, revealing it "should be a good way to get himself back out there" after separating from Millie.

The star also touched on their relationship, admitting she "changed" the game by not being his usual type. He said: "My usual type used to be a tanned brunette.

"My ex-girlfriend changed all that, so I'm kind of happy with blondes, brunettes, anything now, it's more about personality. I'd love someone who is career driven, independent and outgoing."

The former bricklayer continued: "Maybe Anna and Paul can bring out sides to me which I didn't know were there.

"I've never actually had expert relationship advice, so maybe they can possible just give me advice on where I'm going wrong."

Liam and Millie were going from strength to strength in their relationship before their split, with them living together in Essex after finding love on the show.

The star moved out of their home a few weeks ago, and Liam opened up about the tough adjustment to single life just last week.

He shared on his Instagram Stories: "A lot of you asked how I've been coping. I'm doing good thank you to all that asked. It's been a difficult few months, with moving from my home in Essex to moving back to Wales and now back living back in Essex on my own."

Liam went on to share that it's been "more difficult" with people "judging" his character.

"Break-ups can be very hard and being in the public eye just make it that extra bit more difficult to deal with especially when you have rumours etc coming out and people judging your character off something which isn't true," he said.

"But I've been down and when you're down you can either stay down or do what you can to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and move forward. And that's what I'm doing."
