I’m A Celeb’s Owen Warners ex-girlfriend Chloe Ferry opens up on their split

Chloe Ferry has lamented her split from Owen Warner, who's currently turning heads on ITV's I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

The pair embarked on a whirlwind six-month romance just last year after chatting online and then hooking up at the 27 year old's Newcastle pad, where she cooked Owen, 23, a good old fashioned spaghetti bolognese.

Now wishing that things had worked out differently between them, Chloe told The Sun: "I was definitely falling for him as he is very handsome, but his personality is even better so he’s got the full package.

"He’s definitely more than just a six-pack — he’s also a real gentleman.

“I don’t have one bad word to say about him. He’s a top bloke and one in a million. I’ve never met anyone like him. I do wish it had worked out. But we had totally different careers and wanted to go down different paths," Chloe further explained.

At the time of their break-up in July 2021, she had to confirm the situation with her social media fanbase after a little confusion.

"Getting a lot of messages asking if me and owen are together just to clarify I am SINGLE we just live very different lifestyles and it's just not the right time at the moment…what will be will be…" she wrote.

"Also I'm very grateful to have had some amazing memories with the boy amazing person inside and out."

Ahead of his jungle journey, the Romeo Nightingale actor revealed that he was on the lookout for love – possibly hoping to follow in the footsteps of Katie Price and Peter Andre, who married and had two kids together after sparking a romance in Australia.

“I don’t have a partner; I am always looking for love!" declared Owen. "I am excited for people to get to know me as a person and not a character.

"People are so used to seeing me recite lines that have been written for me, and most of them are not what I would say myself. My character has been written out whilst I take part in the programme. He has gone to Spain for a little bit.

"I still can’t believe I am actually going to be in Australia doing I’m A Celebrity. It’s not sunk in yet and it feels surreal. And now it is getting closer, I want to enjoy everything about it."
