Jade Goodys widow Jack smitten as he finds love 13 years after Big Brother stars death

Jade Goody’s widow, Jack Tweed has reportedly found love again, 13 years after Jade, tragically passed away, aged 27, from cervical cancer.

According to reports, Jack, 34, has been happily dating Essex-based PA, Ellie Sargeant for the past six months.

She’s even said to be helping him out with the organisation of a charity event in aid of his late wife, Jade, taking place this summer.

A source told MailOnline: "Jack has really fallen for Ellie. They already share a close bond and are totally smitten with each other.

“It's still early days but pals believe they have a great chance of a future together.”

Jack was just 21 when he married Jade, just one month before she sadly died of cervical cancer in 2009, leaving behind Jack, and her two sons, Bobby and Freddie, from her previous relationship with Jeff Brazier.

While Jack has been in and out of relationships, most recently Alee Jeffreys, since Jade’s death, he’s admitted that he is always "comparing" his potential love interests to Jade.

On April 28, in a video posted to his Instagram page, Jack announced that he had set up his own cancer rehabilitation charity, and that he would be launching a Summer Charity Ball in July, to raise money for the charity.

He’s drafted in some of Essex’s most famous faces including former The Only Way is Essex star Mark Wright, who with host the night.

Mark’s fellow TOWIE alumn James ‘Arg’ Argent will also contribute towards the event, with The Arg band performing.

There’s also set to be a DJ, as well as a raffle, live auction and games throughout the evening, and ticket holders will get a welcome drink and a three-course meal.

The charity event is set to take place at Down Hall Hotel & Spa, where Jack and Jade tied the knot.

Following the ceremony in 2009, Jade told us: "I've had the happiest day of my life. Now I'm ready to go to heaven.”

Jade found fame on Channel 4 show Big Brother, on it’s third series in 2002, where she caught viewers’ attention with her larger-than-life Essex attitude.

She later appeared in Celebrity Big Brother where she was embroiled in a race row over Indian actress Shilpa Shetty.

Following this, and an apology to India, Jade went to the country to appear on the Indian version of Big Brother, named Bigg Boss.

It was here that she was told in the Diary Room by her UK doctor that she had cancer, after the results came back from a smear test she did before she took part in the show.

Upon hearing the news, she immediately flew back to the UK for treatment, but sadly later died.
