Josie Gibson has showcased her gym gear while on a fun trip out to a park with her son, Reggie.

The 35 year old, who recently broke down over isolating alone with her little boy, wore a pair of black lycra leggings paired with a matching top and a bright red bomber jacket as she carried her 21 month old across a field.

The reality star looked gorgeous as she let her long blonde hair cascade over her shoulders and kept her make-up to a minimum as she had a hint of eyeliner together with some mascara on to complete the look.

Little Reggie looked adorable as always as he wore denim dungarees with a baby blue short-sleeved shirt underneath.

Not one to leave the house unprepared, Josie, who previously revealed how she lost two stone after giving birth, dressed her young tot in a padded burgundy jacket and teamed the look with a pair of colourful blue-green socks and blue trainers.

The blonde beauty occasionally picked her son up from the straps of his dungarees as she made her way through the park.

Clearly ready to spend the day entertaining Reggie, the mum-of-one came prepared with several toys clutched tightly to her chest.

However, her bundle of joy didn't seem interested in what she had to offer and instead hung on to a rugby ball that two men had been playing with at some distance.

It comes as the star recently explained that she and her ex Terry, who she shares Reggie with, have moved back in together after splitting up almost 18 months ago.

After isolating separately due to Terry’s struggles with asthma, Josie asked him if he wanted to move back into her Bristol home.

"Terry did a month in isolation with no symptoms and I did a month with Reg with no symptoms," she explained.

"After that we had to see each other to hand over Reg and his stuff, and I didn’t want to keep taking Reg to the supermarket, so I said to Terry, ‘You may as well move in.’ So we started living together.

"Even though I find it hard to live with him, I’ve realised I can’t really live without him. I do really love him, but he’s just hard work.
