Love Island star Sharon Gaffka's former job at a branch of McDonald's has been unveiled.

The 25 year old has risen to reality fame as she appears on the latest series of the ITV2 dating show.

Sharon sparked a romance with Aaron Francis, but it was short lived. And, after a dramatic dumping she recently became the latest Islander to be dumped.

While she was in the villa, Sharon made an impression on some viewers from her local town of Didcot, Oxfordshire as she said: "Of course I stand out in Didcot, look at me."

Following her time on the show, an old photo of the beauty pageant queen has resurfaced as a user hit out at her comments on the series.

The throwback snap sees Sharon dressed in a green polo shirt with the McDonald's logo on.

Sharon, who recently said the chemistry between Hugo and AJ is "one sided", is also sporting a McDonald's employee name badge in the photo.

The star is seen pulling a funny face at the camera as she holds it up to take the selfie.

As the photo was shared on Facebook, a user wrote: "Sharon from Love Island saying she’s only ever dated bankers or doctors" followed by a laughing face emoji.

"Don’t forget your roots. And the comment of “of course I stand out in didcot, I mean, look at me”," they continued.

The user then ended the post with a scathing dig which read: "Oh please! Look at all the work you’ve had done to “stand out”."

Locals defended the reality star in the comments section of the post, one wrote: "Ah she's ok just wants to put herself out there everyone has to start from the bottom .. good luck to her".

Another added: "You know love Island isn't real life right? It's a show. They're told what to say and directed. Get a grip and stop being so salty".

While a third said: "Well aren't you a giant pot full of jealousness".

After leaving the villa Sharon, who was told by Katie Price to "get over" Hugo's fake comments, has urged people to be kind as she returned to Instagram.
