Motsi Mabuse, 40, has reached out to fans on Instagram to drop a message about her career. The Strictly judge has said that she is grateful about her amazing year at work.

Motsi said she is taking a bit of time off to “reflect”.

She also added that her next two weeks were her final weeks, without specifying what she meant.

The star said: “I had an amazing year working on so many different great projects!

“I am so thankful and grateful.

“Taking some time to reflect. The next two weeks are my final working days this year and yet another year is gone…

“Just taking time to look back before we move on.”

The star did not expand on what she meant my “moving on.”

Motsi attached the song If You Leave Me Now by Chicago to the message.

She posted the message out to her 512,000 followers, along with other posts on her story.

The next photo in the story was one which said R.I.P to comedian Mirco Nontschew.

She also included a video clip from The Daily Show of Trevor Noah making a joke about Angela Merkel’s age.

Recently, an insider suggested that Motsi might be missing from the programme in the future, just as she was recently absent for health reasons.

They claim she’s considering leaving Strictly for good.

Motsi first joined the Strictly judging panel in 2019, taking the place of Darcey Bussell.

In the current series, she works with judges Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood and Anton Du Beke.

However, a source close to Motsi has now said that she’s no longer “feeling the magic” on the show.

The insider explained: “There is discontent. She’s not getting on as well with the other judges, it’s not the same atmosphere as it has been before.

“This isn’t her home and she’s missing it. She’s not feeling the magic this series and she feels like it might be her time to go,” the source told OK! Magazine.

Express.co.uk reached out to Motsi’s representatives for comment at the time.

After watching Cynthia on Strictly last weekend, some viewers praised the star for her judging on the show.

A few fans even thought that she would make a good permanent addition to the judging panel, saying so on Twitter.

“Loving #Cynthia on #Strictly Can we keep her please?” @David_Lee_H asked.
