who was recently ordered to pay a $14K sanction &#8211; filed a request with a judge to get her 68-year-old ex to pay $885K for her lawyers fees&#8230; to argue just one sole issue in divorce court.<\/p>\n<p>The issue at hand is whether her, &#8216;waiver of spousal support is enforceable,&#8217; to argue just one sole issue in divorce court<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/13\/00\/75356707-12511153-image-a-3_1694560575751.jpg\" height=\"1023\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Hours:\u00a0Wasser claims that, based on hourly rates, Baumgartner&#8217;s lawyers would have to rack up 1,106 billable hours to justify that amount<\/p>\n<p>Back in early July, a judge enforced one provision of the prenup, which stated that in the event of a divorce, Baumgartner had a certain number of days to vacate the family home.<\/p>\n<p>Baumgartner contended she, &#8216;will move in due course, but this is a major undertaking and can only be accomplished with careful planning.&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The judge did not agree, enforcing that provision and meaning she had until July 31 to vacate the home she shared with Costner.<\/p>\n<p>That ruling ultimately could mean that the entire prenup is enforceable, which could be another big loss for Baumgartner.<\/p>\n<p>Wasser stated that Costner has already shelled out $300K for her legal fees, and added that she allegedly took over $105K from his accounts for her legal team.<\/p>\n<p>Baumgartner has apparently already lost more in her legal battles than what she would have gotten had she settled with her ex.<\/p>\n<p>She originally asked for a whopping $248K a month in child support for their three kid,\u00a0Cayden Wyatt, 15, Hayes Logan, 14, and Grace Avery, 13.<\/p>\n<p>Costner and his lawyers rejected that amount and said the proper number should be $63K a month.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/13\/00\/75356709-12511153-Vacate_Back_in_early_July_a_judge_enforced_one_provision_of_the_-a-10_1694561360083.jpg\" height=\"952\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Vacate:\u00a0Back in early July, a judge enforced one provision of the prenup, which stated that in the event of a divorce, Baumgartner had a certain number of days to vacate the family home<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/13\/00\/75356703-12511153-Lost_Baumgartner_has_apparently_already_lost_more_in_her_legal_b-a-11_1694561360084.jpg\" height=\"954\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Lost:\u00a0Baumgartner has apparently already lost more in her legal battles than what she would have gotten had she settled with her ex<\/p>\n<p>Costner also offered to pay $75K a month, which Baumgartner rejected, before a judge ruled that $63K a month was the proper amount.<\/p>\n<p>The 68-year-old actor was spotted in one of the luxury suites at SoFi Stadium for last month&#8217;s Taylor Swift&#8217;s The Eras Tour stop.<\/p>\n<p>The Dances With Wolves star was spotted with his 13-year-old daughter Grace and a friend, as they rocked out to one of the 32-year-old singer&#8217;s most famous break-up songs &#8211;
