Our jaws are already on the ground just from the sneak peek alone!<\/p>\n<p>During the explosive trailer, we see <strong>Ariana Madix<\/strong> taking out a new lease on life post split from <strong>Tom Sandoval<\/strong>, who infamously cheated on her with fellow cast mate <strong>Rachel Leviss<\/strong>\u2026 who is not returning this time around.<\/p>\n<p>Awkwardly enough, Ariana and Tom are still living together &#8212; but viewers shouldn\u2019t get too comfortable with that idea, because she threatened him with LEGAL action over the house and their dogs, who she refers to as her \u201cchildren.\u201d She says in the preview:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy lawyer will be dealing with you, the house, and my f**king children.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Maybe the fresh anger is over the house&#8230; or maybe it&#8217;s because <strong>Tom Schwartz<\/strong>\u00a0said Sandoval is \u201cstill in love\u201d with Rachel! OOF!<\/p>\n<p>On the subject of the other Tom, Schwartz casually revealed he and <strong>Scheana Shay<\/strong> \u201cmade out\u201d in Las Vegas, which he said no one knows about\u2026 And <strong>Lala Kent<\/strong> doesn\u2019t look happy about the news!<\/p>\n<p>Elsewhere in the trailer, <strong>Katie Maloney<\/strong> makes out with a girl, and we even see a return from <em>VPR<\/em> alum <strong>Jax Taylor<\/strong>!
