What breaks my heart is that she&#8217;s always been disciplined,&#8217; Claudette told 7 Jours. She&#8217;s always worked hard. Our mother always told her, &#8216;You&#8217;re going to do it well, you&#8217;re going to do it properly.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>She continued: &#8216;It&#8217;s true that in both our dreams and hers, the goal is to return to the stage. In what capacity? I don&#8217;t know.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/18\/20\/79099977-12878421-image-a-16_1702929903269.jpg\" height=\"951\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Health battle:\u00a0Legendary Canadian singer Celine Dion no longer has &#8216;control over her muscles,&#8217; according to her sister Claudette; seen in 2019<\/p>\n<p>While research is ongoing into the condition, the rarity of it means progress has been slow.<\/p>\n<p>Claudette added: &#8216;The vocal cords are muscles, and the heart is also a muscle. This is what comes to get me. Because it&#8217;s 1 out of a million case, the scientists haven&#8217;t done that much research because it didn&#8217;t affect that many people.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Celine&#8217;s family charity, Fondation Maman Dion, has been inundated with messages of support for the star.<\/p>\n<p>Claudette said: &#8216;Some people have lost hope because it&#8217;s all illness that isn&#8217;t well known. If only you knew the number of phone calls the Foundation gets about Celine! People tell us they love her and they&#8217;re praying for her. She is not depressed at all \u2026 she really has the joy of living. We will get through this,&#8217; her sister, Claudette, told the French-language site showbizz.net.<\/p>\n<p>As for the rumors, Claudette said:\u00a0&#8216;Why do they say she is in a wheelchair? Why do they say she had cancer?
