Inside Adam Collard and girlfriend Laura Woods romantic holiday as he plans for marriage

Adam Collard and girlfriend Laura Woods have enjoyed a romantic holiday to Amsterdam together, days after he revealed that he wants to marry and have kids with her.

Former Love Islander Adam, 27, who publicly announced his relationship with sports presenter Laura, 36, in October, posted a series of sweet snaps of their Netherlands trip on his Instagram.

One adorable picture showed Adam hugging his girlfriend at an art exhibition, while the others included a topless selfie and photographs of the delicious food they had eaten.

Another photo showed the star looking very happy and dapper in an image snapped by Laura at a restaurant. He captioned his post: "Amsterdam you beauty, festive business x"

Their loved-up holiday comes after Adam recently spoke about getting serious with Laura in an interview with OnlyAccounts.io: "I'm protective, whether it's Laura, or my family, my friends. I want to get married.

"I want to have kids as well. I've always thought, what type of person will I be? How can I protect my kids?

Reality star Adam confirmed his romance with ITV and TNT host Laura on Instagram with a loved-up snap in early October, following weeks of speculation that they were dating.

Newcastle born Adam sent his followers into meltdown as he posted a picture of the pair in bed on his Stories with a cheeky caption that simply read: “Alright x."

The couple could be seen locking hands in the snap – with Laura, from Dagenham, kissing Adam on the cheek.

Adam previously told The Sun that he first tried to woo Laura through social media. He confessed: "The first time we met I'll hold my hands up I did DM her first and got a reply but then nothing ever happened."

The star shared that Laura scolded him for "basically leaving her on read", leading to their first "undercover date".

Adam said: "It's hard to meet people, isn't it? I'm from Newcastle and eventually we met up, and then went on a very undercover date, and obviously what comes out in the press, comes out in the press, but it's not always the full story."

The Geordie lad kept his cards close to his chest, saying: "I really like her, so I don't want to jinx it".

Laura has become a familiar face on TV screens over the past few years thanks to her work in the Premier League and now Champions League. She's currently presenting the competition on TNT Sports after leaving talkSPORT where she hosted its breakfast show for three years.

She shared a heartfelt message about her time at the radio station, saying: "You lot, our listeners, have given me so much comfort and guided me through some of my toughest moments, without even realising it. So I wanted to thank you personally for that. I will miss it dearly. Even the Spurs fans."
